Uday ran a workshop on Social Enterprise Business Models for over 20 participants for emerging social leaders. The Clore Leadership Programme residential course was held in Birmingham earlier this month.

The session was a lively one as concepts and the realities of social enterprise, trading, income diversification and business models were robustly discussed. Participants worked in groups to understand and help improve the business models of one of the participants in each group.
