Want to go to Poland in May for intercultural dialogue and training?

Red Ochre partner Kairos Europe have an excellent opportunity for youth workers, mentors or others working with young people.

They are running training in intercultural competences as part of an Erasmus Plus funded project. If you’d like to attend this training all expenses (accomodation, flights etc..) are paid so it is a great chance to learn new things in a different place and meet new people!

Who they are looking for:

Participants will overall be 36 youth workers, youth leaders, teachers, peer educators (including project team)from 9 countries, who: Are 18 and more, Are interested in the topic of multicultural dialogue, combating harmful stereotypes, racism Preferably are working with young people in daily basis  Are interested in discovering new non-formal tools for tackling different topics, Are ready to spread the results created within this project, Are ready to participate full 6 days of the training, Can express thoughts freely in English, as all the sessions will be held in English

The training will consist of 6 days of program (22nd – 27th of May). All the participants are expected to attend the full program. You will be accommodated in bed and breakfast resort “Baca” in Poronin (Ośrodek Gastronomiczno-Wypoczynkowy Baca),Polish mountains region called Podhale. You will be staying in 2-3 shared rooms with bathrooms and wifi available in the hotel area. You will be staying with the person the same gender from different country than your own. This is to foster integration between all the participants and provide a quality group dynamic.
