Red Ochre helped CoolTan Arts to develop its fundraising strategy and create a fundraising toolkit with which £300,000 were raised from the Arts Council. CoolTan Arts is an established art co-operative that offers mental health support through artistic practice.

Within 9 months more than 14 social entrepreneurs started their community enterprise as a result of the Aylesbury Community Enterprise programme, a programme designed and delivered by Red Ochre. The Aylesbury Estate is widely known as an area with a range of indicators of multiple-deprivation. The estate regeneration programme was praised by ex-US President Bill Clinton on his last visit to the UK.

Red Ochre supported Watermans Art Centre senior management to create a diverse strategy that would increase the organisations reach into the local community and enable it to becoming less grant-reliant. On this basis a new business plan was created and used as a basis to raise £350,000 of soft loans that allowed the project to start and scale up.

A business plan done by Red Ochre was successfully used to raise funding for a pilot project of the London Bubble Theatre. The project aimed at improving the literacy of very young children through the use of performing arts.
