Community Ownership Fund window to open soon
The Community Ownership Fund launched the updated prospectus on 27 May 2022 with the first bidding window commencing 10 June 2022.
The government’s Community Ownership Fund, which is providing £150m over four years to support community groups take ownership of assets and amenities at risk of being lost, launched its updated prospectus and assessment criteria guidance ion the 27th May, 2022.
There are expected to be eight bidding rounds through to 2024-25.
