The Paul Hamlyn Foundation is inviting applications from small constituted organisations that have unique ideas to improve the life chances and opportunities of individuals and communities in the UK.

The new Ideas and Pioneers Fund, which is being delivered by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF), is providing seed funding for social change. The programme aims to support ideas with unusual promise that will improve the life chances and opportunities of individuals and communities in the UK, and funding is available for the early stages of development of these ideas.
