Startups.co.uk has an annual award for growing businesses managed by young people – The Young Guns Award. Red Ochre client, Alex Lyon is one of the winners of the 2013 award.

Coincidentally the business he runs with his brother Dom is called Young Guns!. Young Guns, the business, is an events organiser and a talent development company operating on a global basis. Alex and Dom have been supported by Red Ochre as part of the Innovating for Growth programme that Red Ochre partners with the British Library Business & IP Centre.
