Applied Innovation Session 2 of 4
Session 2: Sorting through your ideas
Date: Wednesday 2 October, 10:30-12:30
Content of the session:
For new participants there will be a recap of the four-stage innovation process. Returning participants will feedback on the progress made against their personal Innovation Action Plan developed in session 1.
The bulk of this session explores how to come up with ideas (ideation) and how to decide which ideas to invest time and money into developing (filtering or options appraisal).
TILEMAG (for ideation), The Aldingbourne Test, Balanced Scorecard for filtering ideas (amongst others).
Updated personal Innovation Action Plan to include a long list of ideas, a system to evaluate those ideas and to develop a short list of ideas for session 3.
