The Ready to Grow programme was a 3 year specialist support programme that saw the creation of 17 new enterprises, 39 new jobs together with the expansion of existing BAMER social enterprises.

A further 200 individuals engaged with the programme and were inspired to consider social enterprise as a career option. The SE’s themselves have gone on to benefit a further 18,000 individuals through their service delivery.

This pan-London programme was initiated and led by Red Ochre in partnership with Olmec and funded by Capacitybuilders.
