Strategic Innovation and Business Modelling Workshop

Keeping up with customer demands and ahead of the competition requires regular innovation. Business plans are out of date as soon as they are written.

This workshop uses the Business Model Canvas, a systematic, practical visual approach to help you design and innovate your business model.

Having established the strategic planning process this workshop leads you through the Business Model Innovation process. We will use a number of other visual tools and techniques. The methodology is relevant for any business or enterprise, at any stage in its life cycle, from pre-start up to mature, and across all industry/ economic sectors.

The methodology ensures you understand the right strategy to create success and more importantly how to successfully deliver this strategy – usually the key are of failure

  • Using the Value Proposition Canvas – understanding and capturing what your customers want
  • Using the Business Model Canvas – a tool to ensure a practical and visual methodology to deliver the Value Proposition to your identified customer
  • Using the Canvas to explore and rapidly create new strategies
  • What to do with business plans

Facilitator

The workshop will be delivered by Uday Thakkar from Red Ochre. Uday has set up and managed a number of businesses. He has also advised hundreds of businesses to improve strategy and management to achieve success. Uday’s workshops attract over 1,000 people annually.
